Job Description: Responsible for learning all aspects of our customer service department. Resolving billing inquiries, customer changes, submitting insurance certificates, all date entry, retention program, learning life safety products. More duties arise as the need arises.
Type of Position: Full Time
Required Education or Formal Training:
- High School degree
- A minimum of 3 years in customer service
- Basic accounting skills required
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient computer skills
- Great typing skills is a must
- Must read very well
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Professional appearance
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assure that customers are well trained with operating systems.
- Have reliable transportation.
Other:
- Must be Bilingual with great communication skills
- Clean driving record.
- Detail Oriented
- Might be asked to pass FBI fingerprinting
